The eyes after a cry,
The cry after a film!
The sleep after a meal,
The meal after a starve!
The hug after a meet,
The meet after a year!

To lie on their lap,
With their hands patting the head;
To sleep in the hall
And waking next to them in bed.

Standing beneath the fan
After a long run,
Gulping a bottle to quench
The thirst from all the Sun!

Wearing loose clothes
To let the skin breathe,
And to let the eyes close
While somebody presses the feet!

These little things of love
Could show you what is bliss,
For all these little things
Scream “comfort, comfort it is!”
